COMPANY POLICIES AND ORDERING INFORMATION
RETURN POLICIES:
- Please examine your items immediently upon receipt for damages or defects.
- Buyer must notify the company within 3 business days of any damages or reason for return of product.
- No notifications will be honored after the 3 day policy.
- Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number) in order to return item. Number can be obtained by telephone or email.
- The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the mailing box upon returning item. Any package received without the RMA number displayed will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A copy of the invoice must be included with the order. You can retain the original for your records, but we need a copy for ours.
- The RMA number and reason for return must be written on the invoice copy. This helps us handle the exchange properly.
- Returned item MUST be received within 7 business days from the receipt of your RMA number for return. Items received after the 7 business day time frame will be refused and returned to sender. This excludes all Saturday mail delivery due to customer service being closed on weekends.
- NO CASH REFUNDS! We will happily issue a store credit for your damaged item or an exact replacement of the item you ordered. All store credits are good for 6 months from date of issue and will be issued in the form of a store coupon code.
- All refunds, regardless of cause, are done via a coupon code for a store credit.
- We do not refund shipping expenses. All shipping to and from Factory Direct Accessories is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Damages must not be the result of abuse or neglect.
- Returned, refused, unclaimed, cancelled or undeliverable orders are subject to a $20.00 or 20% restocking fee - whichever is greater - in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees.
- Cancelled orders MUST be received before order enters processing. Once in processing the restock fee is increased to 50%.
- NO CASH REFUNDS ON CANCELLED ORDERS. Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit for future use.
- All items marked clearance, close out, or final markdown are excluded from ANY exchange or return policy and sold as is. No returns accepted for any reason on clearance merchandise.
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Orders are downloaded into our system on the day following placement of order. They are printed and processed within 7 business days of order receipt and confirmation of payment.
- Monogrammed or personalized items take longer to process and therefore the time frame for shipping is longer.
- Please make sure your personalization is correct as submitted because PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Back ordered or items out of stock take longer to fill. You will be notified of a back ordered item within the 7 business day time frame allowed for shipping.
- If you wish to exchange your back ordered item for one that is available or in stock please let us know and we will happily adjust your order. Buyer is responsible for any price difference in products.
- If back ordered item is not made available within 30 days of receipt of order then we will issue a full refund of the sale price of the item or a store credit code for future use.
- It is possible for items to become unavailable and out of stock even if they show in stock upon ordering.
- If there is a problem with your order we do not hold the entire order for only one or two items. We will ship the order and the out of stock items will ship later at the company expense. You will receive a letter or explanation in your order and if you need any further information you can contact customer service during normal business hours.
- Orders are filled in the order they are received; subject to availability. No orders are placed ahead of others if the items are in stock and ready for shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please provide proper mailing address at check out.
- Large orders could be shipped via UPS Gound.
- We happily ship to Post Office Boxes for no additional charge. Please provide both PO Box and Street Address at checkout.
- Express mailing is available for additional cost. Please notify customer service if you need this service.
- Items are shipped to the address provided at check out under the "ship to" section. Please provide proper shipping information at check out. We are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses or lost items.
- We do not drop ship items. All packages have invoice inside and our return address on package. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- We do not assume ANY responsibility for delays or carriers estimated delivery time.
- Local pick up is for customers who live locally and wish to pick up their items at our location only. We are in Rogersville, Alabama. If you are not a local customer you MUST pay shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be a $3.00 service fee charged for all transactions that must be manually submitted for shipping charges. Please do not choose local pick up if you can't pick up your order in person.
Payment Policies
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit or debit cards. All cards are processed through Authorize.net for added security.
- We accept USPS Money Orders and Certified Checks or Business Checks by mail. We do not accept generic money orders or personal checks.
- If you choose to mail payment; mail your USPS money order or certified check to: Factory Direct Accessories 233 Kelly Avenue Rogersville, AL 35652 within 7 business days of sending order. If payment is not received within 7 business days the order will cancel out of the system and you must reorder to purchase.
- NOTE! Check payments delay processing up to 10 business days. NO orders will process and ship until check clears our banking system. No exceptions. There will be a $35.00 service fee on all returned checks. We use the local District Attorney to collect returned check fees.
- If you choose to mail your order please include the order number with your payment. We need this to locate and process the proper order.
- Orders from Alabama MUST pay a 4% tax rate or provide a valid sales tax ID number upon placing order.
